1:1 Friction brake test stand is a customized product, which needs to be customized separately according to different needs and use conditions of users. Therefore, RTS needs to be designed and developed specifically according to the requirements and use characteristics of our company, and the previous design experience and habits cannot be copied mechanically.

Before going to Germany for review, the company's reviewers consulted a large number of materials regarding the design requirements of each part of the test bed and summarized detailed information. At the same time, relevant meetings were held for several times, so that they had a good understanding of the experimental requirements, installation and use of the test bed.

After the review began, the company's reviewers first inquired in detail about the overall design and infrastructure interface of the RTS test bed development project team, and made a full comparison and review between the workshop design of our company and the layout design and basic design of the test bed by RTS, so as to ensure the smooth installation of the test bed when it arrived at the factory.

When discussing the design of infrastructure, it was found that the German side did not take into account the domestic sewage discharge, which led to the unreasonable design of drainage system.Germany designers don't realize the design problems at the beginning, the reviewers provided the design to meet the requirements of domestic sewage, and communicate with Germany to explain patiently, until they fully understand the problem of design, and puts forward the design proposal of adopted by our company, to modify the original construction drawings.

In the review to the mechanical design department, the two sides on the brake disc installation design appeared serious differences, there was a fierce discussion and dispute.According to the German design scheme, it will be extremely inconvenient for the company to install and replace the brake disc in the future, which will also increase huge use and maintenance costs.Accordingly, representations were made to the German side on this issue and our preliminary views were presented.German designers are very stubborn on this issue, insisting that their design meets the requirements of use well, there is no problem, can not change the design scheme.The two sides have been arguing about this issue for a long time. The company's judges proposed that both sides should analyze this issue scientifically, and required the German side to carry out theoretical calculation according to our scheme and use data to speak.After calculation, the German side confirmed that the design scheme we proposed is scientific and reasonable, and fully meets the use requirements.In front of the data, the German side had to agree to change the design scheme, but at the same time proposed that we should bear the cost of the design change and related accessories.As for this unreasonable requirement, the judges of the company argued hard, pointing out that it was caused by the German side's design mistake, which should be borne by the German side. At the same time, they told the German side that their previous design scheme did not meet our technical requirements in the contract, which was a major design mistake.The Germans finally bowed their head in the face of the full facts and changed the design without any strings attached.On this issue, the company judges adhere to the principles, do not compromise, the maximum extent for the company to win due benefits.

Sticking to principles, paying attention to details, and daring to say "no", the performance of the judges of the company in this review was completely convincing to the Germans.
